Lankamuslim-ED-Groups (Lankamuslim-E Da’wa-Groups) is an organization which was established in 2008 by a team of Muslim scholars, the purpose of Lankamuslim-ED-Groups is to report news and events that concern the Muslim Ummah in Sri Lanka to the world through electronic means and promote the Islamic ideology in politics, economics and social life amongst Muslims through websites, tubes, blogs, SMS and ,MMS – Insha Allah
Goals :
1.Reporting about Muslims sufferings in Sri Lanka.
2.Reporting day to day Muslim news and events in Sri Lanka.
3.Protecting Muslim rights through electronic means
4.Promoting Islamic Ideology in Politics, Economics and Social life.
5.Promoting the Unity and Uniformity among Muslims as a part of a world Muslim Ummah.
6. Creating awareness against Anti Islamic elements in the Muslim Ummah.
Belief
Lanka Muslim believes that Sri Lanka Jamiyyathul Ullama is the Top leadership of the Muslim Ummah in Sri Lanka and it must be restructured to meet all new challenges
Muslims are an ideological society not an ethnic group. It is our common perception to identify our self by the strength of our faith, not by our language, race, colour, tribe, cast or etc.
